This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all technology services and customized software platforms supplied by CODEKAPS DIGITAL INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED (operating as "CodeKap").

1. Milestone Payments

Due to the customized nature of software development, B2B engineering, and marketing services, project billings are structured in sequential milestone stages (e.g., 30% advance on signing, 40% on staging delivery, 30% on production launch).

Each milestone payment corresponds to completed developer sprint cycles, design templates, and code assets. Once a milestone payment is received and work has commenced, that specific amount is non-refundable.

2. Project Cancellation

Either party may request project cancellation by providing a written notice of at least 7 business days. Upon cancellation:

• Work on active developer sprints will cease immediately.
• The client will be billed for all work hours completed up to the date of cancellation notice.
• Any advance deposit left after adjusting completed work hours will be returned to the client within 15 business days.
• All design mockups, source codes, and credentials will remain the property of CODEKAPS DIGITAL INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED until the final cancellation ledger invoice is cleared.

3. Support Subscriptions

Monthly SEO retention retainers, performance marketing ads management, and cloud maintenance subscriptions require a cancellation notice of 15 days. Refunds are not issued for partial months or unused ad budget balances that are already loaded in Google/Meta ad accounts.
